The D-JAB Barrel bag is the best way to practice your hooks & uppercuts to perfection. Even two people can workout at the same time! The bag is made out of the highest quality buffalo leather and is filled in the UK [Reason why it’s so heavy]. It’s used mainly for uppercuts and hooks but also a way to slip or roll underneath the barrel for real fight motion. It can be hooked up against a wall for no movement for precise striking. The bag comes filled and is approx 120kg in weight [This may vary slightly] to stop movement and the bag from swinging around.
